| Biography |

|
Charles retired from the U.S. Air
Force in early 1993 after serving for nearly 21 years. He served 7
years in Japan, 4 years in Turkey, and at 5 different Air Force bases in
the United States and ten of those years working for the National
Security Agency. He finally finished his 1st
career at Macdill AFB in Florida from the Air Force Special Operations
Command.

After retiring from the Air Force, Charles and his wife Liane,
joined the U.S. State Department in Washington DC where he
received a year of specialized training on computers and
communications equipment specific to Embassy communications in
remote areas of the world. After finishing his training,
he and his family went to their first posting in Guinea Bissau,
West Africa, then up to Nouakchott, Mauritania in the Sahara
Desert. Upon completing their African tours, they served 3
years in London, England with duty related trips to Belfast,
Northern Ireland, Dublin, Ireland, and Edinburgh, Scotland. |

| Charles has two
Associates degrees, an Associate in Arts in Communications from
the Community College of the Air Force and an Associate in
Applied Science in Information Systems Management from the
University of Maryland. He also holds an A+ Certification
in computers, is a distinguished graduate of the Air Force Non
Commissioned Officer (NCO) Academy and graduate, correspondence,
from the Air Force Senior NCO Academy.

| Charles started his Amsoil
business in 2005. Being an automobile and motorcycle
enthusiast his whole life, he was immediately aware of the
improvements and possibilities he discovered in Amsoil.
After putting Amsoil in his 2005 Harley-Davidson Softail Deluxe,
he knew he had found “the lubricant that everyone in the country
needs to be using” and recognized the potential of being an
Amsoil Dealer. |

Charles and Liane
have been married for 25 years and have a daughter that
graduated from Indiana University with a BA degree. Charles
recently retired from the Veterans Administration
hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana
having served as a Computer Specialist, GS-11
and will devote all his time to his Amsoil business.
